Some dorm food.
October 6, 2008
I’ve been doing nothing but filling out applications (organizations unnamed due to superstition and extreme paranoia), digging my nose into Don Quixote and flashcarding varieties of fungi. My growing index card collection desperately seeks home; if anyone knows the whereabouts of a slim, plastic index-card case.. PLEASE let me know. In a dangerous turn for the better, dorm food has been nothing short of delicious thanks to Mimi’s seasoned wisdom of all things dining commons. It’s sunny past 6 here in Davis, but not everything is so bright and shiny; preparation for Music sections next quarter are kicking my bony, unpolished fingers. There’s no time to work on 7 page Chopins in between the Sunrise Cycle and Burrito Bar night at the DC.
I know that my lack of college documenting is upsetting! The tide will soon turn but until then, here’s some teaser footage.
IN OTHER NEWS…
WIRED, also known as The Eye Volume VI, just went GOLD!! Our CSPA critic scored our yearbook 951 points out of 1000, which makes us a certified gold medalist and in the running for the Gold Crowne. This ALSO means Columbia in the spring. Congratulations to everyone on the staff!
Here’s to hoping :),
